Today's 30 second Flame Capsule shows how to restore extra frame handles to a segment that you consolidated in Flame.

To clarify, the metadata was consolidated in Flame and not the external source files!

So long as Flame is pointing to the original full-length source media, this handy little trick allows you to dig into the segments metadata and bring frames back!

Please note that this only works on one segment at a time and you need the original full length source clips to bring handles back into Flame.

If you need to do an entire sequence, the recommended solution is to unlink and relink the sequence to the original media and you can return all the extra frame handles for each segment.
