Today's 30 second Flame Capsule shows you how to increase or decrease the speed of a slider as you adjust it.

If you just click and drag it, the adjustment happens at normal speed.

If you hold SPACEBAR and adjust the slider, the adjustment is very slow and more controlled.

But if you hold OPTION(ALT) and SPACEBAR and adjust the slider, the adjustment is super fast!
