Part two of a two part repair to "Retro Hour" Ravi's Amiga 4000 motherboard.
The reported fault was IDE not working, and RAM intermittant, but there were other issues... In the first part we fixed the Fast RAM, RTC and +12V rail, but we still had an IDE fault.
