This month I’m setting myself a realistic lifestyle goal to improve my sleep routine. Afteryears of late nights, doom scrolling, and inconsistent sleep, I wanted a gentle reset rather than an extreme change.
In this video I’m creating a sleep tracker planner spread in my Happy Planner while talking through why I’m doing this, what I’m tracking, and how I’m hoping it helps my productivity, mental health, and overall wellbeing.
