In 2022, I ran an initial round of beta readers - but they were really more alpha readers. I got great feedback, but this time I want an intentional process that is a 5-star experience for my beta readers. So, in this video, I go over 1) who I asked to beta read my book (including a sensitivity or authenticity reader), 2) how I gave them information and screened, and 3) my actual set-up for reading and getting feedback.
