1. Needle size too large.
2. Incorrect thread tension.
3. Inappropriate stitch length.
4. Thread too heavy.
5. Thread color does not correspond with fabric color.
HIDDEN STITCH - SOLUTIONS:
1. Correct Needle Size: Tex 90 thread use #18 needle OR Tex 70 thread use #16 needle
2. Proper Tension: The thread knot must be buried in the needle hole.
