In this video, I continue to repair the smoky Dreamcast from "It's Mail Day 4". This thing was covered in smoke, but I cleaned up the case. This system had the issue where it told me "Please insert Game disc". After some adjustments, it would boot into the Sega License screen, but back into the menu. I show you how I got this system up and running.
