My snow blower tire went flat on both tires in the same week. I was able to take one out ( got it bead up at a repair shop) but the other one was seized and stuck no matter how much I hammer and spray pb blaster on it.

Here how I did it in 3 minutes.
You need ratcheting strap, bead sealer from orelly, air compressor.
