In this video I go through the steps on how to reset GoPro device. The steps apply to all GoPro models however in this video I am using GoPro Hero 10. I will cover soft and hard reset in this video. If both resets don't fix your issue and you are still under warranty I'd recommend you contact GoPro Support.

The steps explained are best for GoPro:
- charging issues
- GoPro is glitching or is slow in performance
- not powering on or the screen is frozen
- not connecting to your phone
- GoPro not turning on
