Fix voices38.dll was not loaded. Exiting... This error mostly occurs on 007 First Light. Follow the steps below to fix this error.

Check Your Windows Defender Protection History and Restore the Quarantined File
After restoring them, add your game's installation folder to the Windows Defender exclusion list so that Defender does not remove those files again in the future.


Disable Windows "Smart App Control"
Press the Windows Key and type Smart App Control.
Click on Smart App Control settings.
If it is turned on, switch it to Off.


If it fails, reinstall the game and ensure that before you launch the game, its folder has been added to the Windows Defender exclusion List
