Higinio Mendoza, Jr, is the founder of the FIX THE WORLD Pittsburgh Centre. Higinio was born in New York City, raised in the beautiful city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is of Puerto Rican and Taíno Indian heritage. He is self-employed in a business that is geared towards the provision of business consulting, legal services, computer network technology, and health wellness advice. He holds an Associate Degree (Specialized Business in Communications Systems Management), a Bachelor of Science (Information Technology), a certification that is at the Master Degree level (General Practice of Law) from Duquesne University and numerous certifications.
