HOW TO FIX TWITTER NOT CONNECTING WITH YOUTUBE.
This is for Android device . But it might be useful for desktop too.
Steps:
1. Settings - Application manager - YouTube - and disable it.
2. Google chrome browser - Settings - Privacy - clear data - choose from begging - clear cookies and caches.
3. re sign in to YouTube - connected account - now connect the twitter.
