First, open the Roblox app on your iPhone or Android.
Tap the circle with the three dots in the bottom right to open the menu.
Scroll down until you see the gear icon for "Settings," and tap on it.
In the Settings menu, select "Privacy".
Check if "Account Restrictions" are enabled. If they are, you’ll likely see the error message.
Turn off "Account Restrictions" by toggling it off.
If you have a PIN set up, enter it to disable this feature.
