Many players are experiencing a crash only when closing Nioh 3. While this doesn't lose your save data, it is annoying. This error is usually caused by a conflict with Frame Generation (DLSS 3 / FSR 3) or the Steam Overlay failing to unhook properly during shutdown.

The Fixes:

Disable Frame Generation: I show you how to turn this off in the graphics settings to test if it's the culprit.

Disable Overlays: Turning off Discord and Steam overlays often stops the memory access violation.

Administrator Mode: Setting the Nioh3.exe to run as admin.
