The fast and easy way to fix the “File Too Large” USB error in Windows. This works in all newer versions of Windows, including Windows 10 and Windows 11. Many USB devices come preformatted in the FAT32 file system, which is more compatible with legacy devices, but only supports a maximum file size of 4 gigabytes.
