Unable to load available playlists. Provide this code to Fallout 76
Support for more information Error Code 4:7:0

According to the Bethesda help page, they said, We're investigating reports of players getting error 4:7:0, and it may say one of the following:

Unable to load available playlists
Unknown Error
Failed to join a server

If you are experiencing this issue, please do the following:
Restart your device
Run Fallout 76 as Administrator and see if that resolves it.
Make sure you are launching the game directly from Steam's "Play" button.
