High Memory usage in windows 10,8.1,8,7
How to fix it and how to stop it.
Watch all 3 steps and solve the problem.
Step 1
open Task manager , find the high memory using program right click from CPU section for view (set affinity) .
Widows 10 user can follow the video for view set affinity.
Step 2
Registry editor.
Find the prefetchparameters and change value
Step 3
Service.msc
Disable and stop the following services.
Windows search, Super fetch, background Intelligent Transfer service.

Working procedure :
: Use security Option
: clear the permission for accessing the folder
: also deny the special permission
For retrieve the folder access :
: Create Authenticated user for local user
: And create SYSTEM and Administrators permissions like other folder and disk.
If you want to hide the folder you should use the hidden and folder option tool before this process .
Open folder properties - below you can see the Hidden option and check the box - then close it and Follow the Video after that
go to the view tab that you can see in the top of the window bar - In the view tab select the folder option ( change folder and search option) .
Folder option window will pop up - In the View section - Select ( Dont show the hidden folder .)

I have made this video for who facing the problem with stopped working while access control panel.
This is usually one of the things that can happen when a new installation on your computer.
In my case i had installed fire-bird 2.1.
here is the steps :
:C-drive
:Windows
: System 32 : 64 bit user can also use SysWOW64 folder, If the following steps doesnt work.
: find out the .cpl file of the application. for example: firebird application - firebird2control.cpl,
: Delete the .cpl file manually. Now you can access the control pannel and also uninstall it.
