KTVT Channel 11 out of Dallas, Texas ran World Class wrestling from Fort Worth on Saturday night throughout the 1980s. Not recognizing that the recordings could be of value in later years, the then independent station recorded over their tapes of the wrestling shows after they aired. This left the only copies of the shows in the hands of fans that recorded them off television, and also meant when the WWE purchased the World Class library the Fort Worth shows were not included since there was no library to buy.
