SO I finally got around to watching the new season... and I absolutely loved it!!

Five and Viktor's relationship is very strange to me but endearing at the same time. I know they are never going to become romantic, judging by their weird circumstances. I would've been more inclined to ship them in season one if they were consciously and physically around the same age lmao, like Allison and Luther, but I can't say that I don't enjoy watching Viktor and Five's scenes though :) You see a different side from Five, a softer version of him.

Viktor has written in her book that Five was her sole confidant when they were kids, so that explains the soft spot he has for Viktor. And he must've known how alienated he felt when they were younger because he confided in him, which is why I love the scene where he tells him that "no one is insignificant." The way it was delivered, you can tell the subtext of that line was that Five was talking about him, even though Viktor didn't remember his past at that time. But he somewhat picks up on it, you can tell from his expression.

But all in all, I find their dynamic endearing, and I am glad they had more screentime together this season because they barely had any in the first season.
