SFUs Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences (FASS) | Five tips to start your university experience off right @SFUFASS | Uploaded February 2020 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
We asked our current students for five tips they’d like to share with you to start your university experience off right. They said:
• explore your classes;
• meet with advisors;
• attend campus events;
• make connections
• and own your studies.
And they’re right: studying in FASS is about YOU.

You will be more engaged and will perform better in courses you enjoy. Being interested in the topic makes you want to know more, learn more, and ask questions!

Remember to follow @fass.engage on Instagram and attend an info session to kick off the most exciting education of your life.
