While trying to curse myself I found a jetpack + tp shop. Since the run was already slow I decided to take the run to Tiamat for an attempt at Speed IL Tiamat Ascent. Trying to beat Hectiques 11.833 seconds I thought Id do two teleports at the top to be faster, but I got max ranged. With a rope skip I still got to Sunken City, where an Orange Frog decided I was gonna do Dying-To-Orange-Frog%. If you wanna skip all the boring parts, the important stuff starts at 9:25.

Getting the shotgun was quite slow, so I probably should have just used my 4 bombs.
The best thing about this speedrun is the arrow whip at 0:12.

True Crown Low% Sunken City Definition:
A run ending with the player completing the game following Low% Sunken City restrictions, except to collect The True Crown and utilize its passive effects and granted resources. The True Crown must be obtained before the Ice Caves.
