[Note: These 2026 mobile playthroughs will not replace the original mobile playthroughs, rather they will exist side by side each other, with these ones serving as a more pleasing viewing experience]
For a while now I’ve wanted to do a new video playthrough of the FNaF games on mobile. When I did them before on mobile, you might notice that most of the videos look darker than what you would see if you played the game yourself. For whatever reason, uploading a raw iOS screen recording to YouTube causes the colour tones to go darker. Exporting the video through CapCut retains the normal colour tones. Because I now also have an iPhone 12, I can record up to 1080p on top of the 60fps I was already getting. Combining those two things results in much higher quality videos than I could do before.
These do not serve as replacements for the original mobile playthroughs. These are meant to coexist side by side. I do not wish to remove those videos that have existed on my channel for years. All I wish to do is get higher quality gameplays.
So starting with FNaF 1, the game got a tad bit easier in the updates that came out since the original videos. They removed the delay that happened when the camera was flipped, so I no longer have to wait a short time before it registers again. On top of that, now I also have the Foxy plushie to go alongside the other three. The original videos didn’t feature him since I didn’t own the Foxy plush at the time. At the same time, restoring all the in-app purchases also restored the Survival Kit. Of course I won’t be using the cheats, but they’re just there.
