Kind of had to do this at some point, like I was obligated. For no reason at all Munch is like the worst character now. Those 1 second long signal losts make him so much worse to deal with, and makes situation where he shouldn't left the portrait too soon EVEN MORE rng, also thanks to the munch jr delay. I wanted to do ncic but that sucks ass cause if you thought munch was bad cause of the signal losts, you should see Costume. And also because lixunis apparently verified ne but never recorder so I don't want to waste my time.

v1.0.2 CHANGES:
- Bear stands up more often and requires 16 flashes instead of 13. He also has a shorter kill timer;
- Munch Jr has a bug where you can get him on both sides of the office. He also can appear in the literal top/bottom corners of the screen. You have to wait for him to fully go away before entering the cameras
