We headed back out to the North Saskatchewan River in the Edmonton area for a quick weeknight fishing session! This time, my son and I explored a brand-new spot to us with only about 2 hours to fish before dark.
We set up with classic pickerel rigs and dew worms, while also tossing a spoon to try and lure in a North Saskatchewan pike. Even though the fish weren't cooperating and we only had a few false bites, it was an incredible evening spending time together on the river bank.
