when i saw this level was finished a couple weeks ago i knew it was right up my alley, and it definitely was to an extent. the mini wave parts are way harder than anything else in the level, still cool tho

I beat this extreme demon a few days ago and decided to upload today because of how little Ive been uploading recently, which I apologize for. Ive had trouble sticking with levels and this is something that Im trying to work on, and Ill (hopefully) be uploading levels of this difficulty to help myself get more acquainted with that idea.
With that being said, I really like this level! Its my favorite Sonic Wave remake conceptually, and also one of my favorite joke levels in the game. It builds wonderfully off of its basis of generic levels while also looking pretty good, especially in the 2nd half. I think the 2nd wave is a bit out of place, but the level is quirky enough to justify it.
Overall, I think this level is really solid visually. The subject of the parody is clear, but each part has something unique it brings to the table that pushes it above and beyond just the typical generic style - the curves in the first cube, the glow flashes in the ship, or the lines in the first wave, for example. Although the 2nd wave is definitely my least favorite part of the level visually, it manages to feel fresh with its lively portal movements, despite its dreary color palette compared to the rest of the level. You can tell that a lot of thought and effort went into making this level work really well on its own, even without the context of serving as a parody of generic levels.
From a playing perspective, I was very pleasantly surprised. I genuinely found this level enjoyable despite being heavily chokepoint based. I think this is far better than Sonic Wave, although it does introduce some new flaws one timing in the first cube is super luck-based (fps bug), 49-52 was buffed too much, the second wave is WAY too difficult, and the last cube is a bit too hard. This is counterbalanced by its nerfs which make the level a lot easier to sit through, especially the predrop. Overall, I would recommend this, but not as a new hardest.

anyways this level is so underrated LOL the drop is so hard and the first click makes it so frustrating to play, still a fantastic level though but i wouldnt recommend

Im actually in shock with how fast I beat this level. LITERALLY 48 hours before I beat it, I had never touched this level in my entire life. This level is pretty enjoyable, although you keep dying at either the first 5 clicks or a short section of the wave pretty much every attempt. I think this is a little overrated, and I could see it going directly below Sonic Wave.

Im so glad to have this level done. I first picked it up last December and made some pretty quick progress (60% & 12-100%) in about 6-7k attempts, which then came to a complete halt because the 18% wave suddenly became impossible for me. I played for ~5,500 attempts on top of that and got absolutely nowhere, so I dropped it and decided to finish it off at a later date.
3 days ago, I decided to give this level a shot again and I got 72% within about 2 hours of playing. 2 days later, I beat it after getting super unlucky (60+ 2nd half deaths, 10+ deaths at 80-100). It was really annoying and I shouldve beaten it on my 2nd day coming back to it, but Im glad I beat it.
As for its difficulty, I find this much harder than Visible Ray and significantly easier than Akashic Records or Thinking Space, so its probably fine where it is.

Very cool level, made by one of my friends so I figured I might as well go for first victor. I beat this a couple months ago but never got around to uploading, but now that its rated I figure I might as well!!
If youre thinking about going for this just make sure you have good wave control and high CPS. In case you cant tell this level is really spammy and intense
