Hey folks,

I won't lie to you, creating this video made me far more emotional than I'd care to admit.
Sometimes I feel like there are things you want to say but it can often be quite hard to know exactly how to say them.
By creating this video I feel like I managed to say a lot of those things and in turn I feel, I guess liberated by finally saying it.

I'm sure a lot of you watching have been though similar things, have had bubbles burst and chapters suddenly end but remember that once the dust has settled and the storm has blown over what's left is brighter and more visceral than you ever remembered it being.
