A Famitracker cover medley of "First Step Towards Wars" from Ys I: Ancient Ys Vanished and "The Earth" from Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals.
Both songs have a similar structure and similar transition from their A section to their B section, so I was able to pull off the trick I did. Both games also feature a red-haired swordsman as their main character, and each song is used in a similar way in its respective game.
I've done something like this before with my Ring Man medley, but unlike with that one, this one was arranged from scratch.
