Description: If you dont love wood as much as I do this may be a very boring video. For me the grain is magnificent. The beauty puts me in a trance. Sapele pommele sanded with a festool sander up to 2000 grit, then rubbed with tung oil.

The top is made from 2" thick solid sapele and the tree branches and leaves are underlit with l.e.d. lighting. The base was modeled after a cypress tree, but I chose to re-create the tree base using birch ply. Combined the top and base weigh roughly 650 pounds.
