First Race of 2021, running the latest setup which includes Tracer, RadioMaster and the new Tattu V4.0 Lipo Packs

Racing has pretty much resumed here in Australia for the last few months and it's nice to be kicking off the year with our first race. Race format is 2 Practice packs on the track followed by 6 Heats and then based on points, the Top six go into a final which is run 3 times to determine the winner.

This was also the first time running the Tattu V4.0 Packs in a race! We've got a hand full of both 1300mah and 1400mah 6S Packs. The RadioMaster and TBS Tracer Combo seem to work great together and as a result, it looks like we're retiring the Futaba radios.

At the end of this Vlog Thomas needed to bring his unused packs back down to storage so we went to a local park for a casual fly and post race overview on the race and some of the gear. For this portion of the video we tried out the HollyLand Dual Wireless Microphone system which changes the dynamics of the sort of videos we can do. We're currently pretty limited when it comes to Audio if using a Shotgun Microphone.
