Made a few goof-ups on a long range flight the other week on the first flight of the day. I walk everyone through what happened in the video. What I did wrong and what I did right to be able to safely recover the quad and how you can learn from my mistakes to make your long range experience a better one.

We believe I had a bad VTX antenna (it has been used and abused for month now so not really a surprise) another important lesson to check all your gear before flying long range, as you don't want everything to go wrong when you're out at distance. I got really lucky on this one and we were able to "safely crash" the quad in a spot that we could easily get to. Also super lucky that there really wasn't any notable damage, ended up swapping the props and the antenna and flying the same quad the rest of the day.

I wasn't really planning on making a recovery video.... so the camera work is a wee bit sloppy, hope it doesn't make everyone too sick :P
