Today I'm exploring the SP201 DMX512 to LED strip controller.

I wasn't able to find a lot of information about this thing online, and the "manual" that comes with it leaves a *lot* to be desired. Hopefully my explorations can be helpful to someone who gets their hands on one in the future.

It can control several types of addressable LEDs (including the common WS2812/2812 types) as well as acting as a 5 channel PWM dimmer for standard LEDs and stips.
