POP!_OS has released the alpha version of its upcoming version 24.04 and that includes the new COSMIC desktop environment which has been developed in Rust programming language from scratch.

Installing Google Chrome on Ubuntu 24.04 is quite simple. You download the .deb file from its website and then you use it to install it.
Some people show terminal and commands but I think thats an overkill. I mean, sure, you can use the command line but not many people would be comfortable with it.
You should also know that the installed Google Chrome browser will be updated with regular system updates without doing anything special.")
