Genesis Magma Racing made its 24 Hours of Le Mans debut at the 94th edition of the world’s biggest endurance race, taking on round three of the 2026 FIA World Endurance Championship with two GMR-001 Hypercars at the Circuit de la Sarthe.
The #17 of André Lotterer, Pipo Derani and Mathys Jaubert showed the pace and promise of our first Le Mans Hypercar challenge before its race ended early, while the #19 of Daniel Juncadella, Mathieu Jaminet and Paul-Loup Chatin carried the fight through the night and made it to the finish.
From the first laps to the final flag, this is a look at what happened as Genesis Magma Racing completed its first 24 Hours of Le Mans and began a new chapter in the FIA WEC.
