Today I started a new month in my prayer journal. I’m using up some old stickers and papers from echopark paper and this one originally said “First I drink the coffee, then I do the things” but I painted it out to remind myself that first I pray, then I do the things. I want to remember this month to pray first before doing things, to ask for directions from God first and not when I’m lost in the middle of something. It’s a good reminder to me to continue to make prayer one of the first things in my day.
