I think I finally figured out settings that will let me stream. This is the best quality I can manage right now. At least it's 60 fps, hopefully. If the stream dies, it may come back, but if I'm in the middle of a speedrun the stream might not come back, sadly. Hopefully it doesn't die though. Let's see how this goes.
