Harvesting our first vegetables for 2019, pac choi, senposai, mizuna, and horseradish. Its great to be harvesting fresh food again.
I also mention that we typically only harvest horseradish on a few markets each year right before Passover in April. I should probably explain that sometimes we don't harvest or sell horseradish at all, since due to the irregular nature of the Hebrew calendar, Passover will fall so early in the spring we basically don't have any crops to harvest at all. This year the timing works very well.
