The U.S. Coast Guard has released footage of the OceanGate Titan submersible over a year after its last, fatal voyage in June 2023. The footage is being used in a two-week hearing that began on Monday led by the Coast Guard into the cause of the submersible's implosion that led to the deaths of all five passengers on board.
