My hangar neighbor at Worcester recommended that I check out Kimball Farm in Jaffrey, New Hampshire for a fun family retreat. This is my dad's first time flying since he stopped renewing his third class medical years ago. My mom has never been a fan of flying, but she's an ideal passenger. Jaffrey lies at the foot of 3,165 ft Mt. Manadnock, which plays a prominant role in the writtings of Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau.
