The first Filipino food truck to open in Stanislaus County has now opened up a brick-and-mortar restaurant. With the limited space in the food truck, the owners said it was time to expand. The Filipino Corner is serving authentic Filipino dishes, including popular barbeque sticks and ginisang upo. Anahita Jafary reportts.
