A 13-cylinder engine with a rather odd exhaust note. It sounds... weird, but not bad! Kind of like a v8 mixed with a v12. Originally suggested by super 225 in my comments section. Thanks to Entity_BlackRed for resuggesting, which gave me motivation to finish it. Made with AngeTheGreat's Engine Simulator.
