A wide-reaching court order could wipe out DUI charges for hundreds if not thousands of criminally charged motorists in the state of Florida. A three-judge panel has recommended suppressing evidence in the 4th Judicial Circuit, which includes Duval, Clay and Nassau counties, but the order could potentially be used statewide to overturn pending and even already resolved DUI cases.
