A reunion of friends at a remote Georgia cabin is the setting for a new locally produced horror film. Once there, they are stalked by a serial killer of sorts, one driven by scent and protected by an unspoken conspiracy of nearby townspeople. We talk to the writer/director about the pull of indie horror and the work of infusing familiar storylines with fresh blood to appeal to a new generation of fans.
