Today we ride first class on Switzerland’s best train: the glacier express! This luxury train ride through the Swiss Alps was one of my favorite travel experiences!
With Bobby from @LivingBobby, we took the glacier express in winter snow from St Moritz to Zermatt. We loved this luxury train travel experience complete with delicious gourmet train food, beautiful scenic winter views from the panoramic train. The Glacier Express is the best train in the world in my opinion, maybe even better than the Bernina Express, California Zephyr or maybe even Orient Express! This winter train ride was just so beautiful!
Switzerland is the most expensive country in the world, but we got our first class ticket for cheap thanks to a luxury travel hack: the Swiss half fare travel card. This is the best way to travel through Switzerland by train (and on one of Switzerland’s most beautiful train rides!)
