In 1999 we introduced torque vectoring in cars with our ATD system. Here is a video of the very first prototype car with it fitted, a Ford Mondeo, and it is compared to a very capable four wheel drive car, the Golf Fourmotion, without the system. Since then it has become far more sophisticated and we have fitted it to more than 20 prototype vehicles some of which have made it into production with leading vehicle manufacturers.
