We audited two spots in Manteca, first the yard area then City Center. This is part 1 - the yard and animal services. They simply go into into lockdown to avoid the camera. Manteca employess are the laziest there are. They simply do not work. Also city employees DO NOT have to follow the vehicle code. Manteca PD looks the other way.

Part 2 is the police station and city administration where we great threatened with a restraining order. Here we go!
