Want to know the craziest part of it all? We arenât even mad.
The nomad life has taught us to simply roll with things. In the beginning, we would get sooooooo angry whenever something on the bus would break.
We learned to pause after each lesson came up. Weâd take a breath. Assess the situation. Then we would give gratitude that it wasnât worse (no matter the situation it ALWAYS could be worse).
When we put into practice those strategies for life, lessons became less and less intense and we got to where we rarely, if ever, explode at a situation these days.
Do you ever blow up at situations and wish you didnât?
Iâve got some good vibes for you. You can do it. You CAN stop blowing up at lessons and learn to flow through them.
We were right where you are now. Our blow ups were massive. We would immediately explode and throw barbs at everyone around us.
Now, we flow through the lesson & remain calm. We did it and you can too â€ïž
We started pausing and then breathing. It astronomically changed the way we handled problems that came our way.
