An £18 million award from our #StrengthInPlaces Fund will support the Midlands Industrial Ceramics Group - a consortium of researchers, manufacturers and end-users – to boost the advanced #ceramics industry in the English #Midlands.
The project will develop streamlined processes for proving and bringing new advanced #ceramics technologies to market faster, with less #energy usage and lower #carbon #emissions.

It will drive significant expansion in advanced ceramics in the Midlands, leading to #jobs growth of 4,200 by 2030. #InvestingForImpact
