Episode 25: Fireworks
(Rated G) This is the first ever "Does It Blend?" video with a "do not try this at home" disclaimer, and for damn good reason! This is an incredibly dangerous experiment that could result in injury or death. The reason I only had the blender running for a few seconds is because I could feel the fireworks breaking through the lid of the blender. Not even Tom Dickson of Blendtec tried this, he did lighters but never fireworks. It makes perfect sense, too. I got singed by a few of the sparks. Also, I noticed they cheated us out of a Thanksgiving special by airing an advert in its place. The blender was completely destroyed by this, it looked every bit as melted as the one I microwaved three years ago as a tribute to "Will It Blend?", burning up a few blenders along the way in my unapologetic rip-off series. This year I focused more on blender destruction than destroying things in a blender. This ranks up there with the lava lamp video for instances of me being in the line of fire, but at least this time around I knew full well what I was getting myself into. This was probably the most fun I've had doing one of these. I have a feeling this could go viral but it's hard to tell. Remember, a crappy lame video of me microwaving a jar of Nutella has over 200,000 views.
