On the days leading up to New Year’s Eve, you can try to accustom your dog to firework noises and help to make them less of a shock in several ways:
🎇 Buy plug-in adaptors that release pheromones that can help relax your dog. Plug it in a few days before New Year's Eve to allow the pheromones to spread around the house.
🎇 Check with neighbours if they're planning an event with fireworks. If lots of fireworks are expected nearby you may want to see if a friend or relative would like a four-legged visitor for the night.
