Where the hell should I start with this? First of all, this is by far the hardest thing I've ever done in a video game or possibly even my life as this was an emotional roller coaster for months. As some people might know, I was in the call where Trick verified Firework, I watched him do it and I never thought I'd be in the same position later on. I started this level on 10/29/21 (the night Firework was verified). I remember calling with Xanii and Trick while trying to do 84-100%. I couldn't do it even after multiple hours. So I decided to play from 36% and that's where my first progress video came (36-64%). This felt pretty big for me at the time. Then my videos came quicker and quicker. I started to play from 0% after getting 14-56. I started off by getting 16% then eventually to 41%, where the 41% progress video arrived. 2 days later, I fluked from 41% to list %, getting 54%, where my most iconic progress video came. This made me feel like I was one of the best players in the world. Then I did 64-100 fairly quickly. I was stuck at 54% for about a month, which I then got 57%. Then completely randomly I got 62% and 71% in the span of 30 minutes after getting 3-75%. My fastest progress on the level at the time. Things started to slow down after that. I got 71% again after about 2 weeks of no significant progress. This really demotivated me but i kept going. And then, in late January after those scary RGB videos, I got 76%. I felt free from the curse that was 71%, after having that same % for about a month and a half. The next day I got 82% after 3 hours of playing. Then the next day. I got 45-100% being my new best run to 100%. After almost 2 weeks of taking a break to do some school work. I came back to the level and immediately got 84%, after about an hour of playing. This was probably the stupidest death I've had in this level, dying at the end of the orb ship. 2 days after that, I had the most consistent day of any Geometry Dash level I've ever played, getting 4 new bests within the span of 2 hours (87%, 90%, 91%, and 92%). I was really scared that the next day I wouldn't be able to get anywhere near close to that again. And here it is, last night. The day started off with me getting in a call with Trick to warm up for the big event at 9 PM in my server for me to grind from 0%. During that hour before the 9 PM event, I got 36-100% very quickly. And 9 PM was here. 10 minutes into the desperate grind I got 88% for the 5th time. This was really demotivating but I kept at it. I soon after got 96% being the worst fail I've ever had in any level I've played (Imo worse than Jelly Shots 97%). This brought me down for about 5 minutes. Then out of nowhere I get to the last cube again, getting 94%. Trick insisted I keep playing which I now really thank him for doing. Because, 5 minutes later, it happened. The most excited I've been in any one moment, Firework 100%. This was the level to top Sonic Wave as my favourite level in the game. And to all the people who sent me videos wishing me good luck, you are all amazing and I appreciate every single one of you for taking the time to do that, I did watch them to motivate myself. Poltergeist is now out of my top 5 hardest levels.
